MINIMUM STAY : two nights at low seasons, excepting feast days (3-4 nights), high season of summer, July, August and September (7 nights) 18 :00 arrival time and 12:00 to go, except  opposite agreement.

PRICES :In any case it will be possible to be admitted greater number of people of the seats for the house,  right of not-admission, or in its case, of evacuation.

OUR PRICES INCLUDES: - the normal consume of electricity, water and gas (short term), clothes of bed and bath, and one time cleaning of the house.

MODE OF PAYMENT: The reserve is confirmed when it is received by fax to (0034) the 952552798 or by e-mail info@devicente.com, the voucher of payment of the deposit of a 50% of the total price of the house, either the total , deposit of 200 - 400 Euros. In any case the total  will have to be deposited before the occupation of the establishment, to the delivery of keys.

CANCELLATIONS: In case of reserve-cancellation, you will  loose the deposit given according to the following table:

 -30 days or more before the arrival: (50 Euros)
 -29 to 16 days before the arrival: 25%
 -15 to 6 days before the arrival: 50%
 -From 5 to 0 days before the arrival: 100%

IMPORTANT NOTES :
the client is responsible to declare the real number of people ( children too).
the administration can legally refuse to admit the entrance of those people non-declared, or in its case, to evacuate them.
The collection of the keys always take place before the 22:00 .
The irregularities that the custormer can find in the rented property will have to be always communicated as soon as possible, the owners of the house will solve any anomaly .

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS The fact of  taking  the offered product,  supposes the acceptance  of all and each one of the mentioned conditions of rent  .
