Lovely villa with stunning views of the sea, hills and mountains. Large plot with many different fruit trees, almond, olives, and more than 100 wines.

The terrace is amazing! It is large and has an open area with a couple of old olive trees. There are 3 sitting areas, whereof 2 are covered, and of course a barbeque.
On a clear day you will enjoy the views of Africa and Gibraltar. To the other side there are hills and mountains with snow covered tops in the winter.

The house was one of the first to be built in this area, so it has unrivaled views and road access, with only 600 m to the main road via a new concrete road.

The villa was built in 1996 by one of our constructors. It is eqipped with security windows and bars, and they all have mosquito nets and metal shutters.
All windows and doors have been changed, and the bathrooms renovated with new tiles.

It is optimal for all year usage with central heating, wood burner, and air condition. One of the areas on the terrace is sheltered for the wind, making it possible to have a barbecue in the winter.

TV, sattelite, furniture, kitchen appliances and the garden tools can all be included.
