The company "De Vicente Properties" was founded on 1995, and takes the name of its founder, Rafael de Vicente García. "De Vicente Properties" is a company dedicated to the construction and sale of typical one family houses and the sale of rustic plots with seaviews . The buildings are made by the twin company "Carraspite Constructions", a company with long experience in the construction of houses, villas, swimming pools, garages, etc.. and reforms and restoration of old "cortijos". In the last years the company is dedicated specially to the new construction due to the ascent of prices of houses of second hand and to the increasing exigencies of the clients who wait for a Maxima quality. "De Vicente Properties" has seted out to construct houses in plots with wonderful views, considering individual desires and a reasonable price for the satisfation of our clients.
The Team of "De Vicente Properties" we also offer houses of second hand for the cases in which for some reason a new construction cannot be made. We transacted the purchase, documentation, writing and licenses through our office; as well as the later selection of stonewares, toilets, furniture of kitchen...
