Price example- New Construction

The following prices examples and noncommittal ( from 250.000  to 350.000 € )

The building of the house (inclusive pool 8 x 4 m) is in accordance with building specification.

The necessary documentation (building project, insurance, building permission etc..) is not incluided.

The costs of this documentation depend on the house size and the house types (approx.. 8.000 to 12,000 €)

NOTE:  PLUS TAXES, The prices can change, it depends on the plot where the houses are constructed
